clutch setup in my Blata elite. HELP !!

hello i have a problem with the clutch setup in my Blata elite.

I weigh 106 kg and pocket moves very slowly, as if the clutch slipped.
I clutch the counter. medium spring

please help

hello, comes from when your clutch.
would be set so that it comes at 9000 rpm.
just have to test.
Turn screw clockwise fixed

@Peng:

First things first:

You should check your transmission ratio.
@ 106kg you shold not mount a too "long" chaintrain.
Stay near 1:10 - 1:12 (i.e. 7/70 to 6 /72)

Your Clutch should be set to engage at about 8000 rpm +/- 500 - depending on Clutch Type (Blata, Zocchi, BZM...)
The springs should be set to nearly the same length

If ist starts to slip, stop riding immediately an let the clutch cool down for a few minutes.
Then loosen the Clutch springs 90 degrees each until you have found your favourite setup

After some laps of riding you shold checkthe wear of the clutch shoes.
If one shoe shows more wear than the other you have to fasten this perticular spring to match the strengt of the other springs.

Marking the shoes with increments or color ist a little helpful.
